Specimen project
Specimen project: Chichester Kitchen Atelier is a composite profile drawn from the interior-designer archetype. It illustrates our methodology, not a live client engagement.
Interior designer
Chichester Kitchen Atelier
Trade kitchens for Sussex interior designers — Chichester, West Sussex.
A small atelier-style studio with a specialism in supplying interior designers rather than end clients. Their challenge wasn't finding homeowners — it was being the obvious choice for the twenty-odd designers working across Sussex and west Hampshire.

The challenge
The atelier was losing trade referrals to Neptune's Chichester showroom because designers perceived Neptune as the safer trade introduction. Independent interior designers want reliability, a trade discount structure, and a portfolio that photographs well for their own marketing. None of these were surfaced on the existing site.
Our response
What we’d build, in order.
Build a dual-audience site with a clear 'for trade' pathway — separate language, separate visuals, separate CTAs — running alongside the homeowner-facing portfolio.
Publish a trade portfolio downloadable on email capture: twelve projects, spec sheets, photography library usage terms, and the studio's trade discount policy.
Google Ads focused on 'kitchen designer trade Sussex' and similar B2B terms — small-volume, high-intent, tight negatives excluding end-consumer searches.
Houzz Pro profile completion with a specific focus on trade-visible credentials (Best of Houzz, industry association listings).

Projected outcome
Trade enquiries doubled within six months; average project value held steady but pipeline stability improved materially — fewer one-off projects, more repeat designer-led work.
Projected, not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your photography, your showroom, your sales team’s response time, and regional market conditions.
